Our knowledgeable Temp Administrative Assistants are either studying for the Community Association Managers Examination or already passed the exam.

Our Temp Admins can support your Management and Board with a variety of tasks including handling daily administrative tasks, preparing meeting agendas, drafting minutes, sending violation notices, maintaining owner rosters, and assist with vendor coordination.

Some Associations need assistance obtaining the information required to fill out the DBPR's registration forms. Our Temp Admins can provide you with the help you need to gather paperwork or mandatory data required to register Associations or Board Members with the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, as required by Florida Statutes SB 4D and HB 913.

PBC Consultants provides Temp Admins at a reasonable hourly rate to assist you in person or offsite, to gather data wherever help is needed. We can also provide licensed CAMs at a higher rate, if the task requires a licensed individual.

Our licensed CAMs can assist with Required Accounting Reporting, Elections, Notice Requirements, Board Meetings, Estoppels, Foreclosures and more. Each CAM Service Agreement is tailored to fit your Association's individual needs.
