HB 913 Required Submissions

BY OCTOBER 1, 2025

1.  Association Info              

• Name of Association, physical address of the association property and mailing address, county

• Email address of the association, phone number, board member names and titles of each board member

• Name and contact information of the Community Association's Manger or Management firm

• Website address if applicable

2.  Building Info                    

• Number of buildings.

• Number of units in each building.

• Number of Stories for each building (habitable & uninhabitable).

• Total number of units.

• Age of each building (per certificate of occupancy).

• Any Construction commenced in the common areas within the calendar year.

3.  Assessment Info             

• Amount of assessment or special assessment by unit type, including reserves.

• Purpose of assessment or special assessment.

• Name of financial institution(s) where association maintains accounts.

4.  SIRS Documentation    

• Condominium associations must provide the Division with a statement indicating that the SIRS was completed and that the association provided or made available such study to each unit owner within 45 days after the completion of the SIRS.

• Provide copy of Structural Integrity Reserve Study and related materials within 5 business days upon request.

Submit required information to the Division of Florida Condominium, Timeshares and Mobile Homes for all Associations existing before July 1, 2022.

• County where Buildings are located

• The number of buildings on the Association property that are three stories or higher in height. If there are no buildings on the property that are 3 stories or higher, then the number would be 0.

• The total number of units in all buildings.

• Verify accuracy of reported information with the DBPR.
