3.  Assessment Info             

  • Amount of assessment or special assessment by unit type, including reserves.


  • Purpose of assessment or special assessment.


  • Name of financial institution(s) where association maintains accounts.


4.  SIRS Documentation    

  • Condominium associations must provide the Division with a statement indicating that the SIRS was completed and that the association provided or made available such study to each unit owner within 45 days after the completion of the SIRS.


  • Provide copy of Structural Integrity Reserve Study and related materials within 5 business days upon request.
